Last week we had the instacart IPO which was priced at $30.00 rose to a peak of $39.90 then crashed back to inital IPO price. You wanna know why? Very simply look at their capital structure and the answer is extremely obvious. Their convertable preferred stock. Jesus it's 95% of their entire capitalzation and ridiculous.
